Project Execution and Delivery
Completed works are delivered as a set of detailed drawings and supporting technical documentation. Where a structural assessment is required, a comprehensive report will be provided from our Chartered Engineers
We have undertaken a structural assessment of garage to assess whether extending the door to double-width would be structurally sound. We are willing to assist wherever we can!
Our average turnaround time for small jobs is about 1 week, depending on the scope and required information. With our fee proposal will be an expected delivery date – to be agreed with you before we get started.Â
Yes, we can provide ongoing support during construction. This can be discussed during our initial consultation and can lead to a smoother construction process.
Services and Pricing
Our consultants will review scope and documentation provided, then respond with a fixed price offer for our services – free of charge. This price may include some provisional items that may need to be considered later in the project.
Our chartered engineers are spread across the North Island, however, have the capability to design structures throughout NZ. Our engineers are also registered on the Auckland City Council Producer Statement register.
Yes, we can assist with responses to a Request For Information (RFI) from the Council at an additional cost. RFI’s from the Council will vary on the complexity of the project and location. Engagement for this service can be discussed before we start your project.
Ours engineering structural services include the design of retaining walls (up to 2.5m on level ground), load bearing column design, design of foundation slabs, and various other residential and structural modifications our clients require. If we do not have the capability to undertake your project, we will refer you to a Consultancy that can.Â
We have limited capacity to deliver architectural drawings, however, this is a capability we are actively developing. We are happy to discuss your requirements.
